College Policies

Policy formulation, issuance, and cataloguing is coordinated by the Office of the Chief Operating Officer.  This office works closely with the Executive Policy Group who gives initial and final approval to each policy prior to its dissemination.

While the web site is considered to be the most current and reliable version of College policy, a hard copy of all college policies is also maintained by the following offices:

  • Office of the Chief Operating Officer
  • Office of the RDP Dean
  • Office of the ADGP Dean
  • Office of Human Resources

For more information or for clarification on College policy, contact the Office of the Chief Operating Officer.

Policy Revisions and Updates

As the College revises and updates policies, the table below will indicate both current and proposed revisions of current College policy.  The procedure for formulating and issuing College policy is defined in policy 103.0.  Those wishing to comment on a proposed revision of College policy may do so by emailing the Chief Operating Officer.
