By calling this number you will reach the designated “on call” IRT person. This phone does have voicemail. If someone does not answer immediately, please leave a detailed message and contact information so that we may follow up with you as soon as possible.
Keep in mind this number is for nighttime and weekend emergency calls only, and for situations that can potentially impact a large number of faculty, staff or students (eg., a critical server is down, campus network is down, campus phone system is down, a problem in the server room, etc.). For all other requests, please continue using the HelpDesk or contact us at our extensions during normal business hours.
