Grand Canyon Classic Backpack Adventure - The Hermit to Bright Angel Trails

Sept. 21 – 26, 2008 $1325 - 5 Days Backpacking
2 Guides accompany our small group experience translating into light packs for you.

We hike down the Hermit trail, cross over on a beautiful section of the Tonto trail and spend our last night 1/2 way up at Indian Garden camp, and come out of the Canyon on the Bright Angel trail.

All gear and food is provided - this trip starts and ends at the South Rim of the Grand Canyon.

Grand Canyon Classic Backpack Adventure - Rim to Rim from North to South

Sept. 30 – Oct. 4, 2008 $1060 - 4 Days Backpacking

2 Guides accompany our small group experience translating into light packs for you.

We take a shuttle over to the N. Rim (shuttle additional) and begin in the cool pines on the North Rim.  We hike down to Cottonwood camp, then to Bright Angel and follow the Bright Angel trail up to Indian Garden camp and hike out the 4.5 miles on the final day.

All gear and food is provided - this trip starts and ends at the South Rim of the Grand Canyon (with the park shuttle $90 additional).

Grand Canyon Classic Backpack Adventure - South Kaibab & Bright Angel Trails

Oct. 9 – 12, 2008 $795  - 3 Days Backpacking

2 Guides accompany our small group experience translating into light packs for you.

This is the true classic Grand Canyon trip.  The South Kaibab is the most open trail in the park offering incredible views all the way down to the bottom where we camp at Bright Angel campground.  Enjoy a cold drink from the Cantina and swim in the creek.  We follow the Bright Angel trail up to Indian Garden camp, spend a night and hike the 4. 5 miles out on our last morning.

All gear and food is provided - this trip starts and ends at the South Rim of the Grand Canyon.
