What is Interlibrary Loan? May 10, 2013

Interlibrary Loan (ILL) is a system for requesting articles and books from libraries outside of Yavapai County. This system allows Prescott College to borrow items for patrons that we do not own.  Articles are procured digitally, so you can receive them no matter where you live.  Books must be picked up on campus.

ILL is often confused with our local library system, Yavapai Library Network, which is a source of thousands of books and media for anyone who has a Prescott College library account. A patron can place a hold on an item in this system, and it will be sent to PC Library, either for pick-up, or to be mailed to a distance student.

To find the ILL site, click on Other Resources on the Prescott College Library website.
