Screen Resolution
Our pages have been expanded to an industry standard width. Please be sure the screen resolution of your computer monitor is set to display at least 800x600 pixels.

Printing
Most pages on our site have a built-in printing option. By selecting from the pull-down menu at the top right corner of the site (Print & Layout Options), you may customize the layout for printing and/or font size. The print layout is designed to fit within the margins of a standard 8.5 x 11 sheet of paper.
The selected layout will persist in your browser for 10 seconds. If you reload a page or navigate to a new page after 10 seconds has elapsed, you will need to select from the pull-down menu again.
