All students are required to carry either their own insurance or purchase the College’s insurance policy through Wells Fargo. To contact Wells Fargo directly, please call 1-866-574-8328. Photocopying and printing for students are available in the Library. Students must purchase a copy/print card for $1.00 at the dispensing machine located in the Library. Photocopies, as well as printouts from Library computers and those in the Computer Lab, are $.05 per page or $.10 per double-sided page.

General mail is distributed before 2:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Specialized mail, such as packages too large for mailboxes, Express Mail, UPS, and Federal Express parcels arrive throughout the day and are stored in a secure area. Notices of these special items are put in the student’s mailbox. The recipient must sign for the article at the mailroom service counter (located in the San Juan building) during service hours between 8 a.m.- 4 p.m. Note: Certified mail will not be accepted although proper notice of the attempt will be placed in the student's mailbox. Certified mail can be picked up at the local post office located on Schemmer Drive.

Room use is determined by “academic related” or “non-academic related” activities. Academic related activities, such as class presentations, independent study presentations/performances, and senior project presentations/performances are a first priority. Non-academic activities include music performances, parties, and theater performances independent of students’ course work. Students wishing to reserve a room(s) should complete a room reservation form, currently found in the Faculty mailroom in the Manzanita building (220 Grove Avenue).

College vehicles are to be used for official College business only. All College vehicles are reserved through the Transportation Coordinator. Anyone wishing to drive a College vehicle on a field course or for any approved College activity must be an eligible driver and must:
- Be at least 25 years of age
- Have a current valid driver’s license for at least 7 years
- Have a good driving record (Motor Vehicle Records will be verified)
- Have no DUI/DWI or reckless driving convictions at all
- Be a current employee or student
- Have had previous 15-passenger van driving experience
- Attend a training session on 15 passenger van safety

Driver Questionnaire Forms can be picked up outside the Transportation Specialist’s office. The College is not responsible for individual losses of property left in College vehicles.

The College’s Audio Visual Equipment is housed in the Student Computer Lab (Crossroads Center). PowerPoint projectors and laptop computers are housed in the Institutional Research and Technology Department (Ponderosa Building). Students will need to fill out forms in order to borrow most types of A/V equipment.
