Racial Justice Teach-In
On December 6th from 9 AM – 4 PM Arizona Time, a group of facilitators affiliated with the Frantz Fanon Community Center’s Affinity and Accountability Circles will be holding a hybrid Racial Justice Teach-In!
This Teach-In seeks to engage participants in foundational and critical conversations about racial justice. Our goal is to foster understanding, accountability, and actionable pathways toward equity within and beyond our college community. We welcome all members of our college community and their networks who are interested in deepening their understanding of racial justice and contributing to meaningful change.
By attending, participants will gain tools for identifying and challenging systemic inequities, strategies for accountability and allyship, and deeper insight into racial justice frameworks. This is a space to learn, reflect, and collaborate on building a more equitable and inclusive future.
For on campus attendees, the Teach-In will be taking place in the Crossroads Center. For online attendees, the Teach-In will be taking place on Zoom. The facilitators request that anyone planning to be in attendance complete the registration form linked here to receive all the necessary information and ensure an engaging and impactful experience for all attendees.
Catering will be provided on campus, and all students who register and attend will be entered into a raffle giveaway sponsored by the Student Union Board (SUB).
