Event Basics
The 60th Anniversary Celebration will be hosted on Prescott College’s current campus at 220 Grove Ave, Prescot, AZ 86301. The core programming will be happening between October 14 & 17, with additional adventure and engagement opportunities on either end of the official event.
This is a casual event, but dress in whichever way you feel most comfortable.
Yes, food and drinks are available for purchase as part of a meal package (see below). Opportunities to inform us of any dietary restrictions are part of the registration process for those who buy a meal package.
Tickets & Registration
While admission to all programming and entertainment is now free, we ask that you please register so we can determine how much food and drink to have on hand. You do not need to purchase a meal ticket to attend the celebration, enjoy live music, remarks, tributes, reunions, or the archive project.
If you would like meals and drinks included, you can purchase a full event food/drink package for $175. A Glamping Experience can be added during registration for an additional charge.
You can register at: connect.prescott.edu/e/prescott-college-60th-anniversary/
Absolutely. Guests are welcome. Admission is free for everyone. If you want food/drink packages for guests, just add them during the registration process. The event is adult-focused, but well-behaved children are fine — no childcare provided.
Full refunds available until September 1st, 2026. After that, meal packages are non-refundable but can be transferred to another person. Contact [email protected] or Aaron Wilson in Alumni Relations.
Yes — daily packages ($75) are available for those attending only one day. This covers food and drink for that day. All event programming remains free.
Accessibility & Logistics
Yes — the main event space is wheelchair accessible. Accessible parking will be marked. If you need ASL interpretation or other accommodations, please contact [email protected].
There will be free parking at the Prescott Rodeo Fairgrounds. A shuttle will run from the Rodeo Fairgrounds to the welcome center throughout the day.
Yes — we have room blocks at Hampton and Holiday Inn off of Rte 69, SpringHill Suites on Sheldon, and The Hassayampa on Gurley at a discounted rate. Just mention you’re booking for the Prescott College 60th when you contact them to book. Additionally, we are offering a Glamping experience for those who want something more unique. This option can be purchased as part of the registration process.
The glamorous camping village is for those who want to add an extra experiential layer to their stay. There are 15×15 bell tents with either 2 twins or a queen mattress provided. There are also spots available for those that prefer a “pitch-it-yourself” option. Current Prescott College students can use the pitch-it-yourself option for free (subject to availability), and tents are available to borrow from the equipment warehouse at no charge. This will all be located at the Prescott Rodeo Grounds and is walking distance from Prescott College campus. There will also be a shuttle service between the rodeo grounds and PC for those who are not able to, or not interested in, walking. Glampers will have access to brick and mortar toilets and his & hers cowboy showers. The glamping lodging option is available for purchase at the same time that you purchase your food/drink package.
The glamping area is one of the largest available gathering spaces, so we’ve decided to take advantage of this and host our end of the day entertainment and campfires there. This means there will be live music, group gathering spaces for sharing memories and telling stories, and a bar to help keep everyone hydrated. There will be quiet hours between 10pm and 7am to ensure the glampers get the rest they need.
