She/Her

I am an Adjunct Professor with a passion for teaching. I specialize in business, particularly topics related to marketing, organizational behavior, and corporate social responsibility. I enjoy connecting theory to real-world situations.

Prior to my foray into teaching, I worked at IBM as a Client Executive. I have over 15 years of experience managing IBM’s relationships and business results with government clients. I have led numerous teams, collaborating with the government to bring first-of-its-kind, innovative technology solutions to address the government’s unique requirements in the areas of commerce/procurement cloud solutions, smarter building analytics, and sustainability. Working with global teams and collaborating with local leaders in 2019, I created a 5-year strategic plan to support an Indian non-profit that provided job skills training to underemployed young adults. In San Isidro, Argentina, 2018, I partnered with renewable energy companies, non-profits, and government organizations to develop a strategic plan for the city to reach a 20% renewable energy goal by 2025.

I have a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Virginia Tech. In 2013 I decided to fulfill a lifelong goal and get my MBA. I chose the Green Mountain College (GMC) Sustainable MBA program and found that I had a passion for studying business. Soon after I graduated in 2015, I was asked to teach online bachelor and MBA courses in organization behavior, operations management and strategy for GMC. In Feb 2021 I retired from IBM and was thrilled to accept a faculty position with Prescott College MBA program.
