What will this program look like?

Asynchronous and bioregional by design, our program allows you to earn your degree while you stay at home and work with your communities. Prepare to lead instruction for many types of learners, grow programs, and build curriculum that addresses urgent environmental challenges. Our uniquely decolonizing perspective centers around Indigenous knowledges of the environment, accessibility in the outdoors, and connecting environmental education with broader justice work. Specialize in areas such as urban environmental programming, early childhood, adult learners, social and emotional learning and mental health, climate advocacy, or program leadership. For unique hands-on experience, work in one of our field stations in Kino Bay, Mexico, Tucson, AZ*, and Maasailand, in Kenya.

Students have the option of getting involved with Americorps.
